“ What a cute and eclectic little downtown spot. I love the old time feel in an historic building. They had it decorated cute for Christmas and we just loved the architectural embellishments. The ladies room was done up in a Parisian motif. It’s a cozy, down home feeling you get when walking in the door. Service was friendly and we enjoyed our lunch! Their burger was fantastic and they even split it for us in the kitchen. Notice in the photos that I like my burgers plain, so we asked for everything on the side. I’m sure for you more adventurous burger lovers, it will be a much more beautiful presentation. The crabmeat soup was hearty. I would have liked a bit more seasoning but that didn’t keep me from enjoying every last bite - especially the cornbread croutons in the middle! ”

We used our own plates, napkins, etc and had no issues. The food, the service- everything was just wonderful. I highly recommend this darling venue! ”

Our server was friendly and attentive and gave great descriptions when we were ordering. Our food came out fast and had generous portions and was very tasty. My chicken fried steak was tender and delicious- best around town. The historic atmosphere is nice for this hometown boy. I used to buy school clothes here as a kid! I'll definitely be going back more often. This restaurant hits all the buttons! My only complaint is that it isn't open for longer hours. This one's a winner! ”
